Nightjar is in open beta. That is not a disclaimer of responsibility for your money — it means features may change, and that you should weigh that before depositing.

These terms are a contract between you and {{OPERATOR_LEGAL_NAME_AND_JURISDICTION}}, governed by the law of {{GOVERNING_LAW}}.

• You are 18 or over.
• Online gambling is lawful where you are. That is your responsibility to establish.
• You are not self-excluded here or through a scheme we participate in.
• One account per person. Additional accounts may be closed and bonuses reversed.
• We block access from jurisdictions we do not serve. Attempting to bypass that — by VPN or otherwise — is a breach of these terms.

Deposits are credited after the confirmations stated on the deposit page. Balances are held in the currency deposited; we do not convert without instruction.

Withdrawals are reviewed by a person before payout. That is a deliberate control during beta and it means withdrawals are not instant. We do not hold funds beyond the checks described in our anti-money-laundering obligations.

Funds are not deposits in the banking sense. They are not insured, and they earn no interest.

Every result is produced by a committed server seed, your client seed and a nonce, and is verifiable by you — see how it works. A settled bet is final once settled.

Where a genuine technical fault produces a wrong result — a bug, not an outcome you dislike — we may void the affected bets and return the stakes. We will say publicly when we do this.

House edge and maximum win for each game are published on that game's page.

Bonus funds are held separately from your own money and carry a wagering requirement stated when the bonus is granted. Your own deposited funds are always withdrawable subject to the checks above; a bonus is not, until its requirement is met.

Abusing bonuses — multiple accounts, collusion, or automation — forfeits them.

You can close your account at any time from settings, and withdraw any real balance first. We may close an account for breach of these terms, for suspected fraud, or where we are required to.

There is no published complaints channel while Nightjar is in open beta. We are not promising a response time we have no way to meet. If something goes wrong with a bet, keep the bet ID — every result stays verifiable from your seed pair whether or not anyone answers, which is the one guarantee that does not depend on us.

There is not yet a published support channel, so you are relying on us directly. Weigh that before depositing.
