Privacy policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect
- Account — email address, username, hashed password, and two-factor secret if you enable it.
- Financial — deposit and withdrawal addresses, transaction identifiers, balances and a full ledger of every bet.
- Technical — IP address, approximate country derived from it, and the address an account was created from.
- Fairness — your client seed, our server seed hashes, and nonces. These exist so results can be verified and are not secret from you.
We do not sell data, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles for marketing.
Why
To operate accounts and settle bets; to meet anti-money-laundering and responsible-gambling obligations; to enforce geographic restrictions; to detect fraud and bonus abuse; and to keep the service secure.
The signup IP address is used for one purpose beyond security: limiting how many welcome bonuses a single origin can claim.
On-chain data is public
Bitcoin transactions are recorded on a public ledger that we do not control and cannot erase. A withdrawal to an address you control links that address to a payment from us, permanently and for anyone to see. This is a property of the network, not a choice we made, and it is worth understanding before you withdraw.
How long we keep it
Financial and betting records are kept for {{RETENTION_PERIOD}}, which is set by the record-keeping rules of {{JURISDICTION}}. Self-exclusion records are kept for the length of the exclusion and afterwards, because the point of an exclusion is that it survives an attempt to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deletion is limited by the retention rules above: we cannot delete a betting ledger we are required to keep, and we will tell you which parts we cannot remove and why.

We use third parties for hosting, email delivery and exchange rates. They process data on our instructions only. The current list is {{SUBPROCESSOR_LIST}}.
